Spoiler Shortcode not working in WooCommerce Description

I’m attempting to use the spoiler in the WooCommerce description text, but it’s not working. The page outputs the shortcode text as if it were in a pre tag. I’ve switched to text mode and it’s not in a pre tag. Is there a way to use the shortcodes inside the description area?
