GetDrip plugin not sending customer information

  • I installed the Drip plugin a few days back to send my customer information to the GetDrip site.

    I connected the plugin with the GetDrip API and it recognized my account correctly. I also set up an automation rule to grab customer information after a specific product had been purchased. But, when I made a test purchase, it does not transfer the data to Drip at all.

    I talked to the Drip Support and they reassuered that I set it up correctly on their end. It mus be a problem within woocommerce and the drip plugin because no data at all comes through.
