Plugin might not work

Hi:

I installed this plugin but the only thing I seem to be able to do is enter text into an editor. Using the save button seems to do nothing other than empty the editor. And nothing shows up in the list of widgets.

Shouldn’t there be a list of widgets created so that they can be deleted or edited in some way?
