Not Found

  • Hi, I get the Not Found blank page when I approach the SETTINGS page from any of the menu items pointing to same.

    Im using artisteer themes which is the reason I needed this great plugin. eg: to have several sections with specific themes attached to each.

    So can I presume that this is a CURRENT theme conflict? (before I install the default themes back and test).

    What is the best way to find the solution, any tips appreciated. thanks

    Actually the plugin is triggering a security issue with my server which gets a temporary ban on my IP address.

    So whether Im being banned and therefore the plugin doesnt work OR the pplugin doesnt work before the ban is applied?

    My host says that mod_security would have to be dissabled for my account which is kinda a no no.

    I’m guessing you have a plugin or a theme conflict. You should not need to change your server settings to run this.

    I tried deactivating each plugin 1 at a time and installing a different theme but none worked.

    My host deactivated mod_security and now the plugin works.

    Artisteer themes have usually been an issue, I think related to jscript? (on one of my sites I had to install a jscript plugin to allow the theme to be compatible with one of the AZON collection plugins I think?).

    Would prefer mod_security was on for this domain but I need the multiple themes for multiple sales letter styles.

    Beyond what Ive said, not sure if I can correct the issue other than leaving it as it is and taking precautions to make sure the domain/site is secure.
