    The plugin includes the ability to select from a few background images, or you may opt to select a background color instead. You can adjust these options on the plugin’s settings page.

    The PRO version of the plugin gives you even more options to customize the image, including the ability to upload your own images to be used as the background.

    yes, but i want to

    1)user can select Background image from website frontside[In user Registerd Form] and

    2) after user Enter Title and than

    3) it Convert into Featured Image

    ??

    No, sorry, this is not a feature of the plugin and it would take quite a bit of coding to make that happen.
