Color Viewer – Enter xxxxxxh, See the Color

Not particularly WP-related, but can somebody suggest an applet in which one enters a 6-digit hex value and the applet will display the color the value represents? It sure would be handy when going through CSS… and easier than firing up Photoshop or CorelDraw…
This would be for a Windows system.
