After update 2.4: I don't have SALE BADGE

for “Blok cyrkon TRANSPA (CNC)” both _regular_price and _sale_price is empty. This is a bad import.

You must have only import _price, and not _regular_price and _sale_price.
Do a merge.

You should be importing _regular_price and _sale_price, not _price
