Enabling Yoast causes WP Support Plus ticket list to disappear

I’d really like to use Yoast with my site, but I am using the WP Support Plus ticket system (see here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-support-plus-responsive-ticket-system/). Installing and activating Yoast causes the ticket system, inserted by shortcode ([wp_support_plus), to disappear from its page. The ticket system HTML appears to be entirely gone. Deactivating Yoast causes the ticket system to appear again upon refreshing the page.

Do you have any ideas what might be causing this, or for a workaround? I would like to use both my ticket system and Yoast SEO.
