Changing www.ads-software.com acount email address

  • HI. I want to use my current email address (gmail) to create a new account with a new username.
    But I cant!
    I changed my email to another one in my profile (from my gmail to my yahoo address), but when I want to register for a new account using my Gmail address, it says Email Already Exists.

    It’s strange but I’m still able to login using my Gmail address.

    Someone please help me.

    As you’ve seen, the system doesn’t let you do that and will not let you re-use emails.

    Multiple accounts are usually frowned upon. Why do you want to use a new account? You can just change display name using the profile edit link.

    The username is the name of my old design team. Now we have a new team, a new name and new members.

    I know the username is not important and it’s not shown either, but we do not support our legacy products, private plugins, old customers & …

    We do really need a new account.
