How to customize Paypal checkout page ?

    When I arrive on the paypal checkout page, it’s only possible to pay with a paypal account. Is it also possible to allow customers to pay without paypal account, and how to display this on the paypal checkout page ?

    Secondary, I have another small problem: in the cart (and also on the paypal page) the name of the item is cut (only the first word appear ?
    Is that normal and can I customize this ?

    I actually have read that paypal is no longer willing to allow these kind of payments whithout account
