I can't access to the web admin

    Hi! Few minutes ago, I can’t access to my web admin, I put the url but nothing is happen, the page is white, no data access is required.
    I haven’t installed any plugin so I don’t understand what is happening.
    What can I do?

    Are you absolutely sure you have absolutely no plugins?

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    I’ve a few plugins, but I don’t modify/install any of them.

    I rename the active theme and now I can access to the admin.
