Emails coming through with ****SPAM**** in the title

Let me first say that I absolutely love this script, its great.
The enquiries that I receive, some of them hav ***SPAM*** in the subject title.
But they are not spam!
Is there a way to remove the ***SPAM*** from the emails that I receive???
