Problems with danish letters in Hashtag link

When showing hastags with danish letters like ? ? ? the hashtag link in the feed becomes incomplete.
Example: #dk?ko wil create a link in feed like this:
<a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23dk">#dk</a>?koit should be
<a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23dk?ko">#dk?ko</a>
