• Hi,

    I am new to WordPress. I just started a real estate website. While I was designing the site, I found out that the visual editor is not working for me. When I click on the type area, nothing happens. I cannot type. When I searched, I found out that something is wrong. Something’s not loading. Just quoting the error message that I got from inspecting the elements:

    Are you using an ad blocking extension to your browser?

    having the same issue. does ad blockers block the visual? mine shows up in safari, but not in chrome. guessing chrome has a built in ad blocker.

    @goingfor2
    You might have the same symptom but not the same problem.

    Have you tried:
    -deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    -switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    Also support for you theme is at https://themeforest.net/item/pluto-clean-personal-wordpress-masonry-blog-theme/7950280/support

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Hurray!!! It’s finally working.

    I am so embarrassed to say that ALL I HAD TO DO WAS UNINSTALL THE ADBLOCK IN CHROME!!!!

    Thank you JASON KING. You’re the man.

    And thank you all for the support.
