Edit invoice sent to customers via eWay

G’day Fawaz,

If your form uses the Advanced fields Name, Address, Phone, Email then the first one of each type will be sent to eWAY.

i.e. don’t just use a Single Line Text for names, address, etc. use the Advanced fields for those so that the plugin knows to use them.

However, Advanced fields don’t have drop-down lists?

But you don’t need drop-down lists for Name, Address, Phone, Email. You can of course use any other field types for other fields, but if you want the Name, Address, Phone, Email fields to be sent to eWAY, then you need to use those special fields. Otherwise the plugin doesn’t know what to send to eWAY.

Allow me to be a lot clearer.

If you jump onto our site’s “https://islamic-relief.com.au/donate-now” and the Select the “Qurban (Udhiyah), then Select any price category.

You will then need to Select the Country.

The issue we’re having been the receipt will only allow to show the total amount, the name of the organisation in our case Islamic Relief Australia and the project name, but not the country selected.

Now the question is, can we enable the country chosen to show in the description of the receipt alongside the info above?

Right, I get now what you’re doing. I’ve actually done some work on that site some time ago, so I’m a bit familiar with that form.

You need to set the invoice description to something descriptive. With this plugin, that needs to be done via a filter hook. See this support topic for details:
