• Hey

I found your plugin, and it looks really nice, it seems to solve the basic problem I wanted to solve, thanks. As mentioned in the aptly named Problem? thread, I can’t create/assign an existing post to a ticket, it doesn’t seem possible to relate a KanPress task to a WordPress post. When I press the “Create corresponding article” I’m just redirected to the list of posts, but it doesn’t seem like I’m able to choose a post, or create a new one, and have it related to the task, and I can’t find the possibility to manage it from the post editor.
Is this a known problem, and is there a pending fix?
Can I provide you with something to help locate the bug? I just installed the plugin after upgrading to WordPress 4.3, so I don’t know if it worked on the earlier version.

If it’s any help. I can see that the AJAX callback is done as expected, and a HTTP 200 OK is received, but there doesn’t seem to be any data in the response. This causes KanPress to redirect to the edit page for a post with ID 0, which of course doesn’t exist, causing the redirect to the post list.

    Hi Jarlskov,

To assign an existing post to a new task is not possible, but the link “Create corresponding post” should redirect you to a new post and that should work. Otherwise, it is a bug. Unfortunately, I discontinued Kanpress long ago, since my personal situation does not allow me. It is possible, however, that the bug is caused because of WordPress compatibility. The last verified compatible version was 3.5.2 as you can see in the plug-in page.

I will try to dedicate some time to look for the problem and correct it, but I cannot promise a fix in the short term.

    My apologies.

Ok, I was not aware that the plugin was discontinued. I’ll look into moving on to something that is maintained, thanks for your reply though ??
