Advanced tool bar:

The advanced toolbar icon shows up for one installation of WordPress, but not for another.

I read the manual and found:
“press alt, shift, and v all at the same time, another toolbar shows up under the regular one which has a button to press for underlining and a font color option, among other things.”

This works. In fact, “Use the visual editor when writing” is turned on in my user preferences.

But as I said, in one installation the icon shows up, in another it doesn’t.

What do I need to do further? Seems silly, but both installations should be identical, except for using different public templates. But the Dashboard is supposed to the be the same?! :confused:
