html message works on page, but not another…

Hi

I have the same contact form on https://www.e-paccs.co.uk/test and on https://www.e-paccs.co.uk/lincolnshiregsfreport but for some reason the 2nd page, the HTML code in the Success Message doesn’t work, but it works fine on the 1st page. It is just to display a link to download a file.

On the second page I have used a page template which is a stripped down version of the normal template. So I am assuming it is something to do with that. Is anyone able to look through the source code and let me know?
