• Hi.. I am using “Rsvpmaker” plugin in my WP site where i have given option to Front-End User(Registered User) also to create an event. But it is displayed when administrator click on “Publish” button in “Edit” post of admin dashboard. Now that “Publish” button is displayed as “Schedule” because of changing default time zone by PHP function “date_default_timezone_set(“Asia/Bangkok”);“. I have found the issue that, my event posted date is storing in local time zone “Asia/Calcutta” rather then server available time zone. This issue was not there before, it has come up when i changed default time zone to my local time zone. My requirement is, I wanted to store event posted date “America/Phoenix” time zone rather then “Asia/Calcutta” then only admin could see “Publish” button rather then “Schedule” button. Nevertheless, I wanted to display only all published events in front-end based on local time zone. How can i do this, is there any setting in this plugin or should i create custom time zone to only to specific page rather changing default time zone of whole site. please, help me. Thank You.

I don’t quite understand. Are you saying you have a single site that needs to support events in multiple time zones?

The issue with the schedule button sounds like it’s related to the base features of WordPress — the publication date for a post rather than the event date. Within RSVPMaker, time zones are important for things like enforcing a deadline for RSVPs.
