    I guess this has been asked hundreds of times before, but since I can’t find any of those posts I apologise for my lack of search knowledge and ask anyway.
    I already use Anti-spam on some of my sites and it seems to work just fine, but is there a point in using Akismet parallel with Anti-spam? Is there such a thing as “double protection” when using both, are they tripping over each other slowing things down, or is it just pointless using both?

    Sure, feel free use CleanTalk&Akismet together. In this way you will a bit stronger protection and a bit higher false/positive rate.

    Also, every anti-spam tool impacts page response time (but only on POST events, if you just open page to read that tools don’t impact page load speed). So, as more tools installed to protect website against spam as slower website response after a visitor send comment/registration and etc. But actually, the different in response time so tiny, that usually visitors don’t feel uncomfortable with a website.
