Enable/disable switch?

    First off, thanks for a simple and straightforward plugin.

    One thing I consider missing is an enable/disable checkbox. Although there might be a couple of other reasons to it, I’ll explain mine.

    I run a multisite installation in which ssubsites’ admins cannot enable or disable plugins. They have to ask me do it for them. It would be extremely convenient if I had the plugin network-enabled and let admins enable or disable its functionality, instead of asking me to enable/disable the whole plugin for them.
