I have a problem with an existing blog

Hi, wonder if anyone has any ideas how I can resolve this issue.

I had a word Press site set up for our Company by a web designer. The WD is the system Administrator.

Unfortunately the site has gone down, I ahve no way to access it. The WD has moved on, location unknown, I ahve been unable to contact him thru e-mails or phone messages, neither are returned.

I need to have the Site Administrator status changed to myself.The Company concerned is a publicly traded company, and this is causing considerable problems.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks a lot
