MailMunch Page in WP Dashboard Gone, Tab Remains

For some reason, when I click on the “MailChimp” tab that usually takes me to the MailMunch settings, I now get a default and broken page. I get the same thing when I try to access it by going to Plugins and clicking on “Settings” under the MailMunch plugin.

If you noticed, my browser is scrolled all the way up, yet there is hidden content. Those notices have never hidden like that, so this seems to indicate something wrong with the page created by MailMunch.
