Moving WP to new hosting account

I just moved my domain to a separate hosting account with iPage. How can I move my WP files over as well so I don’t have to start all over? I tried “Importing” and get the error message “Could not load the current script version” and when I tried “Installing” WP it gives me “It looks like files already exist in that location! If we proceed some files may be overwritten.” I assume the latter is because I had already installed WP using my domain under the old hosting account.
