    hello!

    Is it possible to make the customer defense from bad vendors?

    – the customer had received the parcel and the customer happy. He marked that the order is OK on the customer list of orders. And I pay to vendor.

    – the customer had received the parcel and the customer happy but did not marked that the order is ok. So after, let say, 60 days from the order, the order automatically marked OK and I pay to vendor.

    – if the customer opened dispute after which I’ll have to make the money back to customer. I pay to customer back and block that bad vendor.

    Thanks for trying out our plugin.

    We have a planned add-on(a paid one) that will have exactly this functionality. The admin can set the holding period, and if the customer does not confirm her approval within this time period, the amount will be automatically transfered to the vendor. However, if the customer raises a dispute, the the site owner can manually cancel the order(hence the commission), or complete the order(release the amount).

    The ETA for this add-on is 15th Oct.
