no translation visible at the front

  • Hi,

    I’ve WordPress with Woocommerce and with the theme Artificer.

    Loco translate is installed with no problem and I can translate in the dashboard but the translations are not visible at the front.

    And I think the following is strange: when I’ve done a translation, for example “My basket” in “Mijn Winkelmandje”(is Dutch), I save it and I go to the front and I refresh the site, then…for a very short moment…I see my translation…and then it’s gone and there is again the English text…strange, isn’t it?!

    I’ve already in Woocommerce in the System status – ‘tools’ clicked on ‘force translation upgrade’

    Can you help me, please?

    It sounds like something is deleting your translation files. Make sure you keep any custom translations in the global languages directory. See install instructions.
