Unique Application for Different Job Categories

I have WP Job Manger and the WP Job Manager – Contact Listing plugins installed along with Ninja Forms. At my company, I have three divisions (categories) that require their own job listings and job boards. Using the shortcode I was able to create three job boards showing only their jobs on each board and on their own pages of my site. What I need to do now is create three unique applications that are emailed to the respective division upon submission.

How do I embed the proper application form from Ninja Forms on the job postings so that the job that is tagged with the proper category gets the proper application?
