So frustrated! Where are the authors!?

I have three issues with my site and have basically been stuck for a week now waiting for resolution. I’ve gone through the vptheme site several times, but every time I try to send an email to the developers, it hands and never goes through. Does anyone know any other way to contact them? This is terrible :/
