Unable to retrieve status of the export. Is your server running?

Im getting this error when trying to import as well. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix or what could be causing this?

Hi im wiyh smart hosting. It works prefectly on all of the other wordpress sites i use with the same hosting company, just not this one and i cant work out why. Tried using an older veraion of the plugin and it still didnt work.

Does the error start before export or at some % after?

I have somewhat similar problem during import a 480MB site.
Import stuck at 7%. A pop up say “..Is your server running?..”.

php configs are set generously.
memory_limit = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
file_uploads = On
upload_max_filesize = 512M
max_execution_time = 6000

Host Provider: Godaddy
Hosting Platform: Window

Could you try uploading your .wpress file via FTP to wp-content/ai1wm-backups and then restore it by using the Backups section instead?

Could you switch safe mode off and attempt to export again?

I also getting this “Unable to retrieve status of the export. Is your server running?”. The alert pops up and then the spinning wheel just continues with no change.

Please turn safe mode off before exporting.
