Are all plug ins compatible with all themes

    I now understand that I cannot ask for help here on my “commercial theme”…I didn’t know what you meant by that until I researched it.

    So, can I use any of the plugins that are offered through WP as long as they say they are compatible with my version of WP or do I run the risk of not having them interact with my theme. Sorry for my ignorance, I don’t know how these things work.

  • There is no guarantee that all themes and all plugins will work together without problems. For various reasons, they are sometimes incompatible.

    I have even seen two plugins which each worked fine alone, but didn’t work well when they were both active. It happens.
