    Hi @iseestarz,

We are really sorry you had to face this situation. Are you using some other plugin for a custom login URL? IginteUp support the login page but not custom login pages with any theme or a plugin.

Now to resolve this problem, using a FTP account or control panel file manager, go to site’s plugins directory and follow one of following steps.

Follow these only if you have experienced before. Or contact the developer for help. Deleting a wrong file / folder can break the entire website. And please keep a full website backup before you proceed.

    1. Safely delete or rename igniteup folder (You can install again). So it will disable IgniteUp and site will show you the login page.
    2. Disable forcing custom login URL. If it was changed by a plugin, delete that plugin folder. This way you can use the coming soon page in the future.

Again, do the above things only if you know what you are going to do. One of the above two methods should resolve the problem for you locked out problem. Let us know the result.

    Thanks!
