Issue on multisite

Hi, I installed your popup plugin on a multisite. I’m currently using free version. It shows up on 2 sites but not the rest. Even the code isn’t present on rest of the site when you check front end even though it shows in wp backend. Can you let me know why? Is it because of free version?
