Deleted Woocommerce products reappear immediately.

  • Using Woocommerce 2.4.6 and the Awesome Support Woocommerce plugin (1.0.4) and when I delete products in the Awesome Support ‘Tickets’ settings, they reappear immediately if they are also products in the WooCommerce database for our site.

    I do not wish for all the WooCommerce products to automatically show up as products in Awesome Support – how do I manage them?

    That’s a very good question. The system is currently designed to synchronize all WooCommerce products with Awesome Support. I will have a look and see what solution we could bring.

    It would be very helpful to be able to flag items in the awesome support product list to show up in the product drop-down menu, as would the ability to group products into specific support categories.
