i have review your website and found that you are using my https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/custom-share-buttons-with-floating-sidebar/ this plugin on your site not https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-social-buttons/ this one.

In “custom-share-buttons-with-floating-sidebar” there are an option in addon for change automatically horizontal position for mobile device.

Yes, if you want set horizontal position of share buttons automatically when user browse your site from his mobile device then you will need to Go Pro because this feature is available in addon
