I am wanting to add the menu to the top of my post pages, and have looked online for a solution. When I follow the instructions, I get into the customizer in the appearance menu. There is no Navigation option. I’ve tried on several different browsers with the same results. I’ve also searched through all the available options in the customizer to see if this option has been moved, but can’t find it anywhere. Please help.

Any help on this one? I keep checking and re-checking to see if it appeared and it’s still not there….I can see in the code that it’s supposed to be though….

    I have a similar problem:

Since the last update of the coeur worspress theme, my menu is not visible anymore after clicking on a blog post (www.freewildsoul.com).
Instead previous / next post appears.
    I don’t want that ??

Do you know how to change it so that the menu is always visible again?

    Thanks!

Still waiting for a response on this one. I LOVE this theme and really don’t want to change, but I need those navigation links on my pages.

    Anxiously waiting….

I have the same problem! Hoping for a fast solution..

Please, can someone help us with this issue ???

    Hello,
This is how you can choose to show the navigation on single post pages.

    1. Log into your WP dashboard
    2. Appearance > customizer
    3. Click on the ‘navigation tab’ located at the bottom of the left hand column
    4. Choose “show navigation on single post pages”
    5. Save changes (upper left corner)

    Done ??
Please let me know if this worked.

    Thanks,

Frenchtastic – thank you for your reply, but as stated in my original post, when I follow those directions, there is no “Navigation” tab. It is simply missing. All the other options are there… menu, etc….just no navigation tab. I believe one of the other comments said that with a recent update, their Navigation Tab disappeared too.

    Still looking for answers…. ??

No navigation tab here either. In the ‘menu’ tab at the bottom I can select a ‘primary menu’ and a ‘mobile menu’ but nothing for the single post page.

Same for me: missing elements in Appearance / Customize.
I don’t have “Static Front Page” item there!
Using WP default theme 2015 and all plugins deactivated problem still exists.
I think it is related to WP 4.3.1 fresh install ( I have another site which was upgraded to WP 4.3.1 and that works correctly ).

    Still no changes.
On the main page the navigation is correct:

But as soon as I click on a post, it gets wrong:

And I don’t know how to change it ??
Does anyone else have this issue?
Please, Frenchtastic, what is the status of solving this problem? Thanks!

Check the “Screen options” settings at the very top of your WP admin screen, right corner.

So I went to the Menu setting in the WP dashboard and the clicked on the “Screen Options” like Vanetreg suggested. The Posts option wasn’t selected, so I selected it and saved. I’ve refreshed and there is no change on posts page.

Thank you for the suggestion Vanetreg. Wish it would have worked! ??

@Frenchtastic could you please support or let us know if there is anything done to solve the navigation issue? Thank you!

    Hello,

This bug is indeed caused by the last WordPress update. Currently, nothing can be done on your side.
I am working on an update that will fix the problem. Please be patient, it’ll be released as soon as possible.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for the notice!
