Header and logo disappeared

  • Hi, I’m using the Spacious theme on my website and yesterday I updated WordPress to version 4.3.
    I have noticed that from that moment the header and logo on the top left part on my website in Italian language are no more visible.
    I tried to reupload them in the Theme Design option but it’s still not working.
    The website is https://www.teasoul.net and when you open the homepage, it starts with the menù cause the header and logo disappeared.
    In the English website I don’t have this problem, everything is working well.
    How can I solve the problem?

  • If it’s a theme problem you could switch temporarily to twenty fifteen and see what happens.
    It could also be because of the plugin you use to have the site in two languages. Some plugins “tag” each image etc with a language and this could be a cause for the problem. In that case you could ask in the plugin’s support area.

    thanks for your answer.
    I tried with Twenty Fifteen and the header is visible.
    I don’t know if there a problem with the languages plugin but it seems that all my Theme Design editor doesn’t work.
    Everytime I change something and then save, I still have again the same as before.
    Anyway I will also ask support on the plugin support page.

    Since 2015 works properly and you’ve got issues with the editor then your best bet is to ask for support in the relevant forum of your theme design plugin. Hope you solve it soon! Nice site btw (I like tea as well)!
