New sites not showing up?

Hey!

When using wordpress multi sites, everything seemed to go fine with the install. I am able to create new sites but they do not show up under the “My Sites” tab in the upper left menu of the network administrator account. Only my main domain site displays. Does any one have an answer for this?

Also, users do not seem to transfer between the main domain and sub domains. I understood that users can freely move between sub domains keeping all their account information and credentials when multi site is set up. Is this incorrect? Does anyone know why old and new users would not be showing up under total users in the network admin?

This user synchronization is a key element to the success of my concept.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciate !!
