Does not accept Discover, Diners Club, and JCB

Hi there,

I have been testing around with this plugin, and I noticed that it will not accept Discover, Diners club, and JCB. It gives me this: Error: Your card was declined. I am located in Canada, would this have anything to do with this? I thought Stripe could accept all of these cards?

Also is there a way to add a ‘Processing’ or ‘Please do not leave this page while we process your request’ message while it is accepting the payment?

Another thing I noticed is that most of the time when an order goes through, the payment shows up in ‘Payments’ as successful, but it doesn’t update my balance?

Just to clarify, I am in test mode. Hoping someone can help me confirm these questions.
