• I have an inventory management plugin that has a filter for the inventory items. Once I activate the google forms plugin and add a form, it interferes with the plugin’s filter url giving a 404 error.

This is what the filter links to after the selections are made

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=manage_inventory_items#inventory_filter

This is what the filter links to after a selection is made when the Google forms plugin is activated and a form is loaded. (Form in question was named commissions).

    wpgforms/commissions/#inventory_filter

I am not sure I follow you – the first link is a Dashboard URL and the second URL is a front end URL.

404 errors can usually be resolved by changing your permalinks setting back to the WordPress default (save your value before you do this) and then changing it back to the previous setting (the reason to save the value).
