    Hello oibibio,

    To solve this, may I request 2 things. First can you please create a new API key from MailChimp and try to see if that works.

    Secondly, can you please ask your host which version of CURL they have installed. This has been one of the major reasons for this error, so I’d like to rule this out first before looking into other things.

    Thank you, I am still waiting for my host answer about CURL.

    Im now getting this problem too, and my forms have all become un-submittable. I was hoping upgrading to the latest plugin version would help but it does not. Neither does creating a new API code.

    All my forms worked fine until a couple of days ago, could there have been some changes at Mailchimp which have stopped the plugin working?

    Same issue here. Is there a solution for this? I’ve created a new API code as well a few times and it’s still not working.

    Hey all,

    Can you please test to see if your actual forms are still working? This is most likely something that’s only affecting the “Connected” indicator, but the plugin is in fact connected to MailChimp. You can test this by checking your sign-up forms to see if it’s still submitting data to MailChimp.

    Also, do you have the exact error message that is shown on the screen? That would greatly help in debugging the issue.

    Worked until update. Changing API didn’t work

    Which other detail can I send you?
