Too many Partial Content errors

    I recently upgraded from wp2.2 to 2.3.1.
    Everything seems to work fine, admin, main page, and all plugins. I modified a theme to work with tags and widgets.

    _But_

    when I try to access my site with Internet Explorer (every version except 7) many times it gives me a generic error and stop loading the page. Strange is that, with firefox, this error never happened.

    Looking to the statistics, I see that many HTTP errors are 206-Partial Content.

    Can you give me a hint about where to look for?
