Got it solved. But now another question arises me, Is possible to set multiple base directories and to choose them programmatically ?

You have 5 base directories. But you can use dynamic paths in your base directory or sub directory to use the logged in user’s username, user id, or first and last names, or any combination thereof, to point dynamically to their own directory. You can also use user meta for this purpose. It’s all explained in the tutorials.
