Removing phone field

Hello!

I just downloaded the plugin and I am trying to remove the phone field, as I am only trying to get email subscribers to my newsletter and I think the phone number field will scare people off.

I removed the phone short code from what I pasted into the page text, but the field is still showing up when I preview. Is there something else I need to do to get rid of the field?
