    Hey Pav,

Sorry to hear about the issue. Your photos seem to be displaying correctly in our demo which is a good sign, so it sounds like this is a one-off case where either a setting or something on your site might be causing the problem. You mentioned that it’s been working up until now – did you make any changes or updates to either the plugin settings or something else on the site shortly before you noticed this issue?

Are you able to send me the ‘System Info’ from the plugin, which is under the Support tab on the plugin’s Settings page, so that I can see which settings you currently have applied?

    Many thanks,

    John

Thanks. When I try your info on my test site I’m getting this error:

Error: Access Token is not valid
This error message is only visible to WordPress admins.
There’s an issue with the Instagram Access Token that you are using. Please obtain a new Access Token on the plugin’s Settings page.

Could you obtain a new Access Token on the plugin’s Settings page, enter it into the Access Token field, and let me know whether that fixes the issue?

Many thanks, and I hope you’re having a good weekend.

    John
