Copying Files stops at 3%

    Tried starting the cloning process twice.

    DB cloned fine, files stopped at 3%

    Got the following error both times:

    Fatal Error: This should not happen. Please try again!
    If restarting does not work get in contact with us

    Let me know what other information you need to help me overcome this obstacle.

    Hi,

    Please send me the logfiles from wp-staging/logs to support (at) wp-staging.com

    Can you enable debug mode on your site and try again?

    Also enable the optimizer for all other plugins in the wp staging settings.
