Blog won't allow commenting on desktop computer. Sidebars disappear too.

I have the Genesis theme. Recently I’ve noticed that readers are unable to comment on my blog posts. Looking at my homepage form a desktop computer (https://www.herhappybalance.com) you will see my most recent blog post and the number of comments it has received. However, when you click on the comments script and go to that specific blog post, the commenting box disappears and the comments that have been left are not visible. Contrarily, when visiting my site on a mobile device you CAN see and leave comments. I’m not sure how to go about fixing this. I have comments enabled. Recently I download the “LinkWithin” plugin as well as the WPTouch plugin…not sure if the addition of plugins somehow have something to do with the issue.

Also – At the same time that my comments disappeared, my two sidebars (which are visible on my homepage) are no longer visible when you click on a specific post.

So it appears that maybe these two problems may be connected and they are both experienced on a desktop computer.
