    Hello,

    1. –> Now depends on the department, it only shows the help topic belonging to the selected department.

Once a department has help topics it shows up.

    2. upload files in create ticket (logged in page) has not changed. in Contact page it’s selectable in ost-config make sure you enabled attachments, same goes for help topic and department selection if you want it for contact page.

    3. i can’t reproduce this as it shows the priority fine for me, i did notice the help topic doesn’t get displayed properly in ticket list, a fix for that is on it’s way.

For your issue no.3 which osticket version are you using?

Did you try reproduce this issue?

    yes,
i have tried all points mentioned but i can’t reproduce them on our wp 4.3 + osticket 1.9.12 with plugin 1.3.1

    priority shows fine.
department help topic shows whenever a department is selected that has a help topic.
and upload files does also work here.

remember all do depend on the selection settings in configuration of our plugin if it’s enabled or not.

we did find a issue with email templates on updated versions that will be fixed on upcoming 1.3.2 release which is either later today or tomorrow.

If it still doesn’t work with the 1.3.2 updated version we will have to take a look at your environment in order to resolve it

also language update will be included in 1.3.2.

In this screencast you can see what’s going on (I can send to you the auth. for testo user on my site)

I see in your screencast that priority gets applied properly (high in your example).

Seems you also didn’t talk about the contact page as i initially thought but just the normal logged in page to which really has had no changes other then help topic.

To check out why it isn’t working on your plugin we will most likely need a test user/ scp user / and database user to wp and osticket (as the issue / difference here most likely lays in a conf value or db value thats missing).

No No, it applies properly in the backend while in the frontend it shows “????” which means “Normal”!!!

Actually I never used contact page because I prefer to control it by myself (I’m using Contact form 7)

Sorry I couldn’t understand what do you want! Do you want to create a users for you to be able to check my configurations?

Well check configuruation / check your environment / server.

to which we will need full access to the database, preferably ftp, and normal users (wp / osticket) to verify it’s working for your setup.

you can mail them to me directly at m. tiggelaar (a t ) key4ce.com
