500 Internal Server Error

  • My website (thewallacetearooms.co.uk) has been running for more than 2 years and suddenly the site was unavailable due to a 500 Server Internal Error. The webaddress of my site has been corruptede with another site e.g. thewallacetearooms-co-uk.murraydecorators.co.uk. I have no idea who the other party are.
    As I cannot login how can I get this resolved?

    Both of those sites appear to be related because they are hosted at the same hosting provider and share a common IP address. Have you already contacted your hosting provider to be sure that everything is in full working order on their end?
