How do I uninstall this plugin?

    Hi,
    I would like to know whether I can just deactivate AIOWP plugin and delete without restoring any settings first. The reason is that I am trying to restore our WP backup, but then I picked up couple of error messages; “Unable to download backup file” and “Failed to write request to temporary file”, not sure whether this is something to do AIOWP plugin. Please advise what is the best way when we need to restore the backup file to a freshly installed WP.
