    Issue:
My issue is that the menu presents a block/rectangle on the menu when the tab has more than one destination/link underneath it.

    Example:
Instead of the menu appearing as “Volunteer Information”, it appears instead as “Volunteer Information ?”

    Details:
    -Theme is Quark
-Wordpress version is 4.3, but the problem began before the update
-The “?” symbol issue also presents itself in place of social media icons at the top of the website

You didn’t leave a link to your site so I can’t see what’s happening but it sounds like the Font Awesome icons aren’t showing up. Have a look through the support tickets here as I’ve provided some solutions on a couple of different occasions. It’s usually to do with how your host is configured.

The social media icons used to work but haven’t for a while now.
